Mobile App Development Services

Build a mobile app around what people need to do away from a desk. We develop customer-facing and internal business applications, covering the user experience, backend connections, device testing, and release preparation.

Discuss your project

A mobile experience designed for the job and the device.

Customer applications

Make it easier for customers to access an account, submit a request, book a service, or track progress. We shape the core journey before adding features that make the application harder to use or maintain.

Apps for staff and field teams

Support work such as inspections, records, approvals, and service updates on a phone or tablet. Connectivity, device capabilities, and the conditions in which the app will be used are part of the requirements.

Backend and system connections

Connect the app to the records and services behind it through an appropriate backend and APIs. Authentication, permissions, notifications, and data synchronization are scoped as part of the complete application.

Process

  1. Choose the core journey

Map the people using the app, the task they need to finish, and the platforms and devices to support. Define the smallest useful release and any features that need device permissions.

  2. Prototype the experience

Design and review the main screens and navigation. A prototype makes it possible to check the flow and resolve usability questions before implementation.

  3. Build and test on devices

Implement the app and its backend connections. Test permissions, interrupted sessions, slower connections, error states, and the device sizes included in the project scope.

  4. Prepare the release

Plan distribution, store requirements where applicable, deployment, and handover. App store approval is controlled by the platform, so submission and review time are accounted for separately.

Common questions

Should we build for iOS, Android, or both?

That depends on the people using the app and how it will be distributed. We review your audience, device requirements, budget, and maintenance plans before agreeing which platforms the first release needs.

Can the app work without an internet connection?

Offline behavior can be included when the workflow needs it. It requires decisions about which information is stored on the device, how changes are synchronized, and how conflicting updates or sensitive records are handled.

Can you connect an app to our existing software?

We start by checking the existing system’s APIs, authentication, documentation, and access arrangements. Those findings determine what the app can read or update and whether an additional backend connection is needed.

How is a mobile app project estimated?

The estimate depends on the platforms, user journeys, integrations, device features, and release requirements. We define deliverables and milestones first, with additional features quoted before they are added to the scope.
