We organized the experience around the requester, the document, and the recipient. The purpose was to make a signature request a clear task within the company’s own platform, with a direct path to the document that needs attention.
Putting it to work
We built a company-specific software platform for sending signature requests and collecting document signatures. The workflow provides a dedicated place for a process that is often handled across separate documents and conversations.
The workflow connects document preparation, recipient selection, signature requests, and signed documents in the company’s own workspace.
